KOMETA – a Russian variety of Caucasian plum group, fruits ripen in early August – before Skoroplodnaja, fruits weigh 30 - 35 g, they are tasty, red, beautiful, of an oval shape. The variety is highly fertile, gives harvest early, already in the second year, open-pollinated, best pollinated with pollen of Caucasian plum, Ijulskaja Roza, Columnar plum. Resistant to cold and diseases, of average height.
