Moskovskoje ozerelje

MOSKOVSKOJE OZERELJE – (syn. Kachalkina X2) – a highly promising Russian late autumn – early winter breed. Fruits are large, 150-170 g, dark red, tasty, juicy. The variety is highly fertile, extremely resistant to diseases and cold. The tree is rather small, starts to bear fruits early, gives yield annually, ripe fruits stay on the tree for a long time. The variety tends to overload with harvest, thus, in order to improve the quality of fruits, thinning of rudiments is recommended.
