Leningradskaja ciornaja

LENINGRADSKAJA CIORNAJA - a Russian variety, bred in Saint Petersburg, fruits are dark red, juicy, tasty, of 3 - 4 g, ripen in late June and the trees bear fruit for a long period of time. The tree is of average height, resistant to diseases and cold, flower buds are resistant as well. The variety is fertile, gives abundant yield annually, open-pollinated (Iputj, Kompaktnaja Venjaminova and other breeds that bloom at a similar time). The variety is especially suitable for the coastal zone, where temperature in winter fluctuates, cool and wet summers.
